- Pre-treatment- apply proper solutions to carpet and spots
- Agitation – Oscillating Pad System works solution into fiber
- Rinse - Steam and extract solution and soil from carpet/upholstery
- Apply Air Movers - increases air flow through fibers. Speeds up drying time by over 50%.
This method is recommended by most carpet mills and manufacturers and works very well for most types of carpets/upholstery. On average, carpet/upholstery dries in 3-6 Hours.
We also offer an Encapsulation Low Moisture Method that consists of:
- Pre-vacuum- removes insoluble soils
- Pre-treatment- apply encapsulation solution to carpet/upholstery and spots
- Agitation- an oscillating pad machine massages each individual fiber giving your carpet/upholstery the ultimate clean look and sensation. Encapsulation solution allows soil to crystallize.
- Post-extraction- crystallized soil is extracted through our powerful commercial grade extractor.
- Groom - increases air flow through fibers.

This method works well for all types of carpets, best results on Berber and commercial grade carpets. Normally dries in approximately 30-60 minutes.
